1)Return policy
We have a return policy. The items must reach us within 7 working days from the received date

The cost of delivering back to us is borned by the customer.

To arrange for refund, below are the procedures
1. Log into your account
2. Search for your order
3. Click Refund, select Cash or Voucher. If you select Cash, enter your bank details
4. We willl bank into your account within 3 working days once the product has been received by us

2)Payment
All order(s) must be paid in full within 24 hours from the day order submitted. Order(s) will be automatically cancelled in the event payments still remain unpaid without prior notice.

3)Product
Colours may differ from picture. Picture are just for illustration purpose.

There may be a slight deviation of 1-2 cm from actual measurement.

Actual product colours may differ from picture due to screen resolution and display settings

Items will be delivered the next working day once payment is received. Shipping Tracking Code will be provided

We will check for defects and ensure items send out in good condition (ie: not torn, no holes).

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check for faults immediately. If damaged please notify on the day itself

If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you & will not entertain any cash/voucher refund.

If the damage is significant you will entitle for free return.

Damaged items will not be accepted if
1) Worn & washed items
2) Alteration done
3) Tag taken off

4)Out of stock
If happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However under certain conditions, we may refund to you directly without prior notice. We will notify you via email or SMS
